摘要
自1998年以来,我国房价基本呈现上升趋势,房价持续攀升,出现越来越多中低收入人群买不起房的情况。同时,随着我国城镇化的推进,居民对城镇住房的需求量不断增加,更加导致房价居高不下。住房问题影响了我国社会生活的稳定和经济平稳健康发展,房价问题成为老百姓广泛关注、政府亟待解决的问题。房产税作为调节房价的政策之一,有利于稳定房价,抑制投机投资性购房,缓解住房供求紧张的格局,从而对促进房地产市场的健康发展,促进社会公平与社会和谐具有重大意义。
Since 1998, Chinese house prices have risen dramatically. At the same time, there are more and more low-income peo-ple who cannot afford houses, affecting the stability of society and the development of economy. The house price has become a hot is-sue. With the continuous development of urbanization process in China, property taxes can help stabilize prices, curb speculative in-vestment ,and ease the housing supply and demand tension, which have a strategic significance in promoting the healthy development of the estate market, social fairness and social harmony.
