行政管理专业学生实践能力的培养困境与出路——以安徽财经大学为例

摘要 大学生实践能力的养成直接影响其就业竞争力,高校针对行政管理专业的大学生培养采取了系列措施,仍存在学生主体性缺失、认识不到位、实践课时欠缺、教师实践教学能力弱、实践基地数量不足等问题。为此,需通过提高师生及合作单位的认识水平、重新定位人才培养目标、优化实践教学内容、完善实践能力培养机制等举措,进一步促进学生能力提高,提升学生的就业竞争力。 The practical ability of the students is directly related to their employment competitiveness. The Anhui University of Fi-nance and Economics administrative management major has taken some positive measures, but there are lots of problems such as misun-derstanding ,lack of practice periods for professional courses, lacking social practice base, and shortage of the students? subjectivity. In order to further enhance the students ’ competitiveness for employment ability and their self - development ability, the professional intends to take positive measure which can help the teachers, the students and the cooperative company realize the importance of prac-tice ability, set rational orientation training objectives, optimize of practice teaching system, and improve the training mechanism, etc.
