2个板栗新品种荧光特性研究

摘要 利用Handy PEA植物效率分析仪,测定‘九山1号’、‘九山2号’板栗新品种及对照品种的叶绿素荧光参数。分析2个板栗新品种及对照品种叶绿素荧光特性的差异,为板栗高光效类型筛选提供依据。结果表明,不同板栗品种间的荧光参数存在着显著差异。‘九山1号’、‘九山1号’在光能的利用方面优于‘处暑红’和‘无花栗’。 The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the chestnut varieties: Jiu sh an l, Jiushan2 and check varieties weremeasured with Heady Plant Efficiency Analyzer. The basis of the screening of the species of high photosynthetic efficiency ofchestnut cultiver was provided through the analysis of the difference of 2 new chestnut varieties and check varieties in photosynthesis.The results showed that, there was very significant difference in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters among differentchestnut varieties.Jiushanl and Jiushan2 had high light Utilization than Chushuhong and Wuhuali.
