摘要
基于我国土地高度细碎与农机化进程迅猛推进并存的矛盾表现,本文利用11省的农机户微观调查数据分析了土地细碎化对农户家庭投资农机作业社会化服务的影响。研究发现:土地细碎化严重制约了农户家庭提供农机作业社会化服务的能力,而改善农机作业的便利性条件能够在一定程度上抵消土地细碎化对农机作业社会化服务产生的不利影响。在经营权属于不同农户的地块上实现作物种植结构和种植技术的趋同可以在不改变家庭土地细碎化现状的条件下扩大作业地块面积,有助于地块相邻农户共享规模经济,提高农机作业的便利性程度,从而鼓励农机户对农机作业社会化服务的投资。本文认为以增加作业地块面积为促进土地规模经营的着眼点,鼓励地块相邻农户的共同生产更有利于提高农户获取地块规模经济的可得性并促进其对农机作业社会化服务的投资。
Based on the contradiction between high-fragmentation of China's land and rapid development of agricultural mechanization,by using the microscopic investigation data of 11 provinces,this paper analyzes land fragmentation effects on household investment in agricultural machinery socialized service. The study finds that the land fragmentation has seriously restricted the ability to provide agricultural machinery socialization service. In addition,the improvement of the convenience of agricultural machinery operation can in a certain extent offset the adverse impact of land fragmentation on agricultural machinery socialized service. The realization of the convergence of crop planting structure and planting technology in the different lands with the business right of different farm households can expand the work area under unchanged present condition of land fragmentation and can help to share economies of scale among neighboring households,and can improve the convenience degree of the agricultural mechanization,so as to encourage agricultural households to invest in agricultural mechanization services. This paper argues that in order to increase the operation area of land to promote land scale management in order to encourage adjacent farm households to work together,it is more conductive to improve farmers' access to land scale economy of availability and to promote the investment of agricultural machinery socialized service.
