摘要
推进战略性新兴产业稳步发展,人才培养是根本。研究以湖南省为例,分析我国战略性新兴产业现状,揭示我国战略性新兴产业在创业创新人才培养与管理中存在的主要问题;在此基础上,从人才培养机制、培养模式、相关政策、资源投入等方面提出战略性新兴产业创业创新人才培养的对策。
Talents cultivation is the foundation to impulse the steady development of strategic emerging industries. Taking Hunan prov-ince as an example, the paper analyzes current situation of strategic emerging industries in China, and reveals main problems existing in the cultivation and management of entrepreneurial and innovative talents in strategic emerging industries. On this basis, the article puts forward the countermeasures for the cultivation of entrepreneurial and innovative talents in strategic emerging industries from the aspects of talents cultivation mechanism, cultivation modes, related policies and the input of resources .
