1例妊娠期急性脂肪肝患者剖宫产术后并发重症肺炎的治疗分析

Treatment of a case of acute fatty liver in pregnancy complicated by severe pneumonia after cesarean section

目的探讨妊娠期急性脂肪肝的病因、临床表现和诊治方法等,同时探讨患者感染加重的原因及抗感染治疗方案。方法临床药师通过查阅相关文献,根据患者的个体情况,为患者的用药方案提供合理性的建议,并对患者的用药过程进行监护。结果临床药师提出的合理化建议被医师采纳,对患者用药过程的监护保证了患者用药安全。结论临床药师参加临床治疗团队,参与药物治疗过程,可提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the causes,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatments of acute fatty liver in pregnancy,and simultaneously to investigate the cause of the aggravated infection and anti-infective treatment.Methods Clinical pharmacists consulted the related literature,provided reasonable suggestions for the patient＇ s regimen according to the patient＇ s individual situation and monitored the course of medication.Results The reasonable proposal put forward by clinical pharmacists was adopted by doctors.Clinical pharmacists monitored the course of medication which could ensure the safety of patient＇s medication.Conclusions Clinical pharmacists participating in clinical treatment and the process of drug therapy can improve the efficacy of clinical treatment.
