1例屎肠球菌伴鲍曼不动杆菌血流感染患者的抗感染治疗体会

Experience of antiinfective therapy in 1 patient with bloodstream infection caused by Enterococcus faecium and Bauman

目的探讨临床药师在严重血流感染中的作用。方法对1例屎肠球菌混合鲍曼不动杆菌血流感染患者的抗感染治疗进行分析,通过临床药师参与抗感染治疗的过程,发挥临床药师在抗感染方案的制定、药学监护及效果评价中的作用。结果临床药师参与药物治疗,病情好转,未发生相关不良反应。结论临床药师参与临床治疗,能促进临床药物治疗的合理性。

Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in treating severe bloodstream infection.Methods We analyzed the antiinfective treatment of 1 case of bloodstream infection caused by Enterococcus faecium and Bauman.Clinical pharmacists participated in the process of antiinfective treatment,who played role in the formulation,monitoring and evaluation and of pharmaceutical therapy.Results The patient＇s condition was improved,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusions Clinical pharmacists participating in clinical drug therapy can promote the rationality of clinical drug treatment.
