左氧氟沙星注射液致老年血液透析患者神经系统不良反应1例分析

Nervous system adverse reactions in elderly hemodialysis patient caused by levofloxacin injection: an analysis of one case

目的分析左氧氟沙星注射液在老年血液透析患者应用中的神经系统不良反应。方法报告左氧氟沙星注射液致老年血液透析患者神经系统不良反应1例,查阅相关文献,回顾性分析其发病因素。结果血液透析患者存在发生神经系统损伤的高危因素,故在抗感染治疗过程中应注意评估患者的基础营养状况、透析充分性、电解质的水平,提高治疗的安全性。结论老年血液透析患者应用左氧氟沙星注射液时需注意,严格掌握其适应证,采取正确的使用方法,并谨慎联合用药。

Objective To analyze the adverse reactions caused by Levofloxacin Injection in elderly hemodialysis patients.Methods By reporting a case of nervous system adverse reactions in an elderly hemodialysis patient by levofloxacin injection,we looked up related literature,and made retrospective analysis of the pathogenic factors.Results Patients with hemodialysis had risk factors for the occurrence of nervous system damage,so it was necessary to assess patients＇ nutritional status,dialysis adequacy,and electrolyte levels in the process of antiinfection treatment to improve the safety of the treatment.Conclusions When Levofloxacin Injection is applied in elderly hemodialysis patients,it is vital to strictly handle the indications,adopt the correct method,and carefully use combined medication.
