近年来,徐州区域性中心城市建设已取得一定成效,主要表现为城市综合实力不断增强,区域中心地位进一步提升,城市中心度日益提高,与周边城市联系进一步增强,"八大中心"建设有序推进,区域性中心城市功能进一步完善.同时,存在着中心城市实力不够强大、城乡发展的二元结构特征显著和产业升级与资源环境压力较大等问题.为此,可从推进经济转型升级、实现外向经济新跨越、推动城乡发展一体化和构建生态宜居城市等方面促进徐州区域性中心城市建设.

In recent years,the construction of regional central city Xuzhou has made certain achievements,mainly for that the city＇s comprehensive strength has been continuously enhanced,the regional center further enhance,the city centrality is increasing,and the surrounding cities further strengthen the linkage,the construction of ＂eight center＂ is in an orderly manner.The development of urban and rural areas is characterized by a significant dual structure,industrial upgrading,the pressure of resources and environment,and other issues.To this end,a series of countermeasures are put forward to promote the construction of Xuzhou regional central city,such as improving the transformation and upgrading of the economy,realizing the new leap of the outward economy,promoting the integration of urban and rural development and construction of ecological livable cities.
