摘要
针对危险环境信息探测与采集的要求,基于Arduino和Linux设计了石化环境搜救探测机器人。根据Arduino物联网控制优势并整合传感器模组,实现了机器人对现场环境信息采集、动态石化环境有毒气体预警功能以及GPS和WiFi双结合的室内定位。在多机协助模式下结合Linux网络能力,构建起无线传感网络,实现多方位环境探测,通过无线通讯传输回传图像,实现主服务端的远程控制和实时监测。实验验证了该方法的有效性。
Aiming at the requirements of detecting and collecting information in petrochemical hazardous environment, a search - and - res-cue robot based on Arduino and LINUX is designed. Dependent on the advantages of Internet of things about Arduino and the integrated sen-sor modules, the robot can collect information, predict the alarm of toxic gas in petrochemical environment , and realize indoor location based on GPS and Wi-Fi. Based on the cooperative mode combined with LINUX's network capability, the wireless sensor network is es-tablished to realize multi environmental detection. The image is sent back through the wireless commutation and the remote control, so that dynamic monitoring by main service is realized. The validity of method is proved by experiments.
