摘要
氨基酸分析技术是基于蛋白质种类数量的一门检测技术,是现代临床医学、生物化学等领域必不可少的研究手段。文章介绍氨基酸分析的发展及分类方法,分析氨基酸分析技术的基本原理、特点及主要的影响因素。研究认为:利用氨基酸分析技术定量检测不同纤维的特征氨基酸,能够简单有效鉴别纺织品种类,分析纺织品后整理工艺,并评估纺织品老化程度;该方法不依赖检测人员的主观判断与经验,具有检测结果灵敏、客观的特点,且为氨基酸分析技术在纺织品检测研究中的应用提供了新的思路。
As a detection technology based on the number of protein types, amino acid analysis technique is anessential research method in modern clinical medicine and biochemical field. The development and classificationmethod of amino acid analysis technique are introduced in this paper, including the basic principle, characteristicsand influence factors. It is believed that amino acid analysis technology can be used to simply and effectively identifythe types of textile, analyze finishing process of textile and evaluate aging degree of textile through quantitativedetermination of characteristic amino acid of different fibers. This method is independent of subjective judgment andexperience of inspection personnel, and has the features of sensitive and objective detection results. This searchprovides a new thought for the applications of amino acid analysis technique in textile testing research.
