摘要
针对武器系统动态参数测试实验准备周期很长,而子弹内部空间狭小所能存放电池容量小,电池电量不能满足测试需求等问题,提出了基于微冲击开关的弹载测试仪。该测试仪改变以往为壳体开槽引线,实验前通过断线方式上电的方法,利用子弹发射瞬间的加速度为测试仪上电,避免了为壳体开槽引线以及装配过程中无意磨断上电线导致装置无法上电的问题。对微冲击开关进行抗冲击实验和空气炮实验,其可靠性得到验证,实验数据分析结果表明,测试仪能够很好地完成子弹发射过程中动态参数的采集存储。
It takes long period to prepare the test of dynamical parameter of weapon systems,the inner space is very limited,the capacity of storage battery is small.To solve these problems,we changed the notch for the shell and power on the system by disconnection,put forward a missile-borne test instrument based on micro impact switch.According to the analysis of experimental data,the tester was reliable and it could gathering and storage the dynamical parameter of weapon systems successfully.
