基于BIM技术的绿色建筑一体化设计应用对策研究

Study on Countermeasures of Green Building Integrated Design Application Based on BIM Technology

本文针对传统设计中存在的问题,提出建筑设计发展趋势——绿色建筑一体化设计,并阐述什么是绿色建筑一体化设计及绿色建筑一体化设计的方法和过程。通过对比传统设计,介绍了绿色建筑一体化设计的优势。同时,笔者分析了实现绿色建筑一体化设计的难点,结合BIM技术的特点,运用BIM技术,提出了如何解决绿色建筑一体化设计难点的应用对策。

Aiming at the existing problems in traditional design,this paper puts forward the development trend of architectural design-Green Building Integrated Design,and expounds the integration design of green building,and expounds the method and process of green building integrated design.Through the contrast of traditional design,introducing the advantages of green building integrated design.At the same time, the author analyzes the difficulty of realizing green building integrated design,and puts forward the strategy how to solve the difficulties in the design of green building integrated design by using BIM technology,according to the characteristics of BIM technology.
