Reflections on the Countermeasures of Social Work Professionals' Participation in Grassroots Social Management

面向群众、服务基层是加强社会工作专业人才队伍建设的一个重要原则。吸纳社会工作专业人才进入基层干部队伍对于提高基层干部服务群众的专业化水平、改善基层干部队伍结构、提升基层社会管理效率、提高社会工作职业地位、激励社会工作人才长期投身专业化社会治理与服务具有重要意义。探讨了社会工作专业人才参与基层社会管理的主要领域,从转变观念、拓宽渠道、政策保障等方面提出了吸纳社会工作人才进入基层干部队伍并参与基层社会管理的对策。

Facing the masses and serving the grassroots level is an important principle to strengthen the construction of social work professionals. It is of great importance to absorb the social work professionals to enter the grassroots ca-dres to improve the grassroots cadres to serve the masses of the professional level, improve the grassroots cadre team structure,improve grassroots social management efficiency, improve social work professionals tatus, encourage social work personnel long-term professional social governance and services. This paper discusses the main areas of social work professionals’ participation in grassroots social management,and puts forward the countermeasures to absorb social work talents into grassroots cadres and participate in grassroots social management from the aspects of changing ideas, broadening channels and policy guarantee.
