摘要
国内各大城市公交分担率发展出现停滞甚至下滑的现象,揭示了传统公交服务与市场多样化需求之间的差距.现有公交优先评价体系仅从公共交通系统内部进行考核,片面追求公交分担率和站点覆盖率,却不考虑城市发展的不同阶段、空间结构形态以及交通供需特征,对于落实公交优先战略收效甚微.本文结合广州实际情况,提出增加城市整体交通运作评价指标、低碳环保指标、公交吸引力指标等,希望有助于将公交优先政策落到实处.
Passenger transport mode share by public transport in large Chinese cities has seen a slightdecrease, which reveals the gap between traditional public transport services and the diversifieddemands. Moreover, the current public transport evaluation system is based on the public transportsystem without considering regional differences. Based on Guangzhou public transport development,national strategic factors, urban transport planning, traffic operations and user experiences are consideredto analyze the Guangzhou public transport evaluation system, and the limitations of the current publictransport evaluation system are discussed. Under the current situation, road network characteristics,environment factors, user experience and non-motorized conversion rates need to be considered to improvethe overall public transport services and attractiveness.
