摘要
现有停车场设计大多依据规范标准进行设计,在满足消防、通行等功能前提下,对车库品质和效率方面思考较少,盲目设定设计标准,导致停车场停车效率、品质与开发功能不能完美协调.针对以上问题以地下停车库为研究对象,从基础参数和条件出发,探讨停车库平面布局设计中的关键指标设计.深入探讨建筑空间和停车系统之间的内在关联,通过分析各关键指标之间的联动关系,以及不同设计要素条件对停车场空间使用效率的影响,对地下停车库进行针对性的精细化设计.
The existing parking garages are usually designed to meet the requirements of fire safety,capacity and other functions as defined in design standards and guidelines. However, the quality andefficiency of the garage is often ignored due to the blind copy of design standards. This paper focuses onthe underground garage design, starting from the basic parameters and conditions, and analyzes the keydesign elements of the underground garage layout. This paper discusses the inherent correlation betweenarchitectural space and parking system, through the analysis of the relationship between the key indexes,and the influence of different conditions on the efficiency of the design elements using the parking lot ofunderground parking spaces, the fine design of the garage.
