摘要
一台汽轮机错油门滑阀上下蹿动,发现是由于油动机底座上的垫片损坏,压力油通道与回油通道直接联通,部分压力油直接窜入回油通道,导致油压波动,油量不足,机组负荷波动乃至大幅度甩负荷、油管路振动乃至漏油等现象;进一步对垫片的材质、厚度进行探讨,并提高垫片的可靠性,防止同类故障再次出现。
The pilot valve of a steam turbine leaped up and down, the causes of which were found to be that the gasket on the base of the servomotor was damaged leading to the pressurized oil channel directly connected with the return passage, part of the oil directly drifting into the return passage, resulting in oil pressure fluctuation, oil shortage, unit load fluctuation or even substantial load rejection, oil tube vibration and oil leakage, etc. The ma-terial and thickness of the gasket were analyzed and reliability of the gasket was improved, to prevent similar failures from happening again.
