高炉软水密闭冷却系统腐蚀分析与控制

摘要 高炉软水密闭冷却系统腐蚀控制不当会产生严重的腐蚀问题,在改进水质化学品方案,实施了改进补水质量和增加旁滤等措施后,密闭冷却系统水质总铁稳定在0.2~0.7mg/L,保证了高炉冷却系统水质的稳定运行,满足了生产要求。 Improper control of corrosion in the soft water closed cooling system for blast furnace can lead to serious corrosion problems. After implementation of water quality improv-ing measure and chemicals program, measures of improving fed water quality and installing a bypass filter, the total iron in water in the closed cooling system has stabilized at 0.2-0.7 mg/ L, ensuring stable running of the cooling water quality and satisfying blast furnace pro-duction requirement.
