摘要
介绍了马钢引进法液空35000 m^3/h制氧机工艺设计特点,分析热开车工艺操作中存在的问题。针对空分热开车不同阶段的工况特点,从理论分析上优化操作思路,挖掘设备潜力,缩短热开车时间从而降低无功能耗。
The technological design features of Air Liquide 35000 m3/h oxygen generator imported by Masteel are introduced and problems existing in hot startup process are analyzed. According to the characteristics of operation condition of the air separation hot startup at dif-ferent stages operation concepts were theoretically optimized, potential of the equipment was tapped and the time of hot startup was shortened to reduce reactive energy consumption.
