摘要
镁合金在汽车上的应用可大大减轻汽车的质量,而提高镁合金综合性能的重要手段之一是细化晶粒,通过细化晶粒不仅可以提高材料的强度,还可以改善其塑性和韧性。研究了退火过程中晶粒的细化机理,并得到最佳退火时间。
The applications of magnesium alloys in automotive can greatly reduce the quality of vehicles to improve the comprehensive performance of magnesium alloy,as is one of the important means of fine grains.Through refining the grain size,we think it can not only improve the strength of the material,but also perfect the plasticity and toughness.This paper discusses about the mechanism of grain refinement in the process of annealing to get the optimal annealing time.
