摘要
锰铁高炉是完成锰、铁提炼的重要装置,借由高炉自动上料系统可以有效转变传统锰铁高炉的上料模式,可以针对炉顶、槽下等进行控制,使得锰铁高炉冶炼过程中的上料更加合理有效,符合锰铁高炉的需求。通过分析锰铁高炉的上料工艺流程,分析基于PLC的锰铁高炉自动上料控制系统的构建,在具体对PLC应用得以实现的功能进行阐述,旨在为提高上料控制系统的功能性,积极推动锰铁高炉自动上料的效率和质量得到提升,实现锰铁企业持续健康发展。
Ferromanganese blast furnace is an important device to complete extraction of manganese and iron.In automatic feeding system,it can effectively change the traditional ferromanganese blast furnace feeding mode.The smelting ferromanganese blast furnace in the process of feeding is more reasonable and effective in accordance with the requirements of ferromanganese blast furnace.Through the analysis of ferromanganese blast furnace charging process flow,we know the construction of automatic feeding control system of PLC ferromanganese blast furnace should be based on the specific application of PLC to realize the function to improve the feeding function of the control system.It can actively promote the efficiency and quality of ferromanganese blast furnace in automatic feeding with sustainable and healthy development implementation of ferromanganese enterprises.
