摘要 冶金行业是从矿石中的将金属提出,并通过各种加工方式,促使金属成为具有的一定性能的材料。冶金是完成对金属矿产资源有效利用的初期阶段,可以为诸多金属加工行业提供加工原料。具体的冶金过程中,冶金机械的作用十分明显,是提高冶金效率、提高资源利用效率的重要部分。就冶金机械的绿色设计和制造的关键技术展开探讨,结合冶金行业的基本情况,详细的对冶金机械绿色设计的意义和价值,并分析具体的绿色设计内容,再分析具体的制造关键技术,旨在为相关人员提供参考,达到减少冶金过程中对环境的影响,突出冶金机械的节能和环保,减少泄露可能,推动冶金企业的持续健康发展。 We know metal minerals are selected from ore.Through all kinds of processing methods,it will impel the metal to a certain performance of materials.Metallurgy is complete on the early stages of the effective utilization of metal mineral resources which can provide a number of metal processing industry with feedstock.In specific metallurgical process,the role of metallurgical machinery is very clear to improve the metallurgical efficiency,as is an important part of improving the efficiency of resource utilization.Here in this paper,we talk about the green design and manufacturing of metallurgy mechanical discusses the key technologies to combine with the basic situation of metallurgical industry,including the details of the meaning and value of metallurgical machinery green design.We have made an analysis of the green design of the specific content to show the specific manufacturing key technologies,aiming to provide a reference for related personnel.We are trying to reduce the impact on the environment in metallurgical process to highlight the energy saving and environmental protection of metallurgical machinery in reducing leak to promote the sustainable and healthy development of metallurgical enterprises.
