摘要
为了更安全、高效、可靠地完成对压裂成套装备的性能测试试验,公司自主研发并试制了压裂成套装备超高压试验平台。该试验平台由5个工位组成,1个140 MPa压裂车试验工位、3个105 MPa压裂车试验工位,1个混砂车试验工位。文章通过对双回路超高压节流加载技术的开发,模拟石油压裂现场施压工况,采用远程自动化控制方式,通过对试验过程中的压力、排量、温度等各项检测数据的自动采集、分析,实现了对超高压压裂机组的单机及联机的性能测试。
For more secure,efficient and reliable complete fracing-set-equipment performance test,North Heavy Industry(NHI)independently developed fracing-set-equipment ultrahigh pressure test platform.The platform is formed by five station,one 140 MPa pumper test station,three 105 MPa pumper test station and one blender test station. Based on the development of double loop ultra high pressure throttle loading technology,this paper simulated the pressure condition of oil fracturing field,and adopted the remote automatic control mode,through the automatic collection and analysis of the pressure,displacement,temperature and other test data,realized the performance test of fracing-set-equipment stand-alone and on-line.
