摘要
文章介绍了一种超长大跨涵隧内、外模台车设计与施工技术,台车立模及脱模采用液压控制,浇筑完成后,内外模台车及模板能够自行行走至下一浇筑阶段。使用内、外模台车衬砌施工不仅可以避免施工干扰、提高施工效率,更重要的是大大的提高了隧道的衬砌施工质量。文章对超长大跨涵隧内、外模台车设计与施工技术进行阐述。
This paper introduced the design and construction technology of super long span culvert and tunnel internal and external trolley.The hydraulic control was adopted for the trolley erection of formwork and mold unloading,after the concrete structures in the pouring was completed,internal and external trolley and formwork could walk to the next pouring stage.The use of internal and external trolley lining construction could not only avoid construction interference,but also improve the construction efficiency.More important was to greatly improve the quality of tunnel lining construction inside and outside.Design and construction technology of super long span culvert and tunnel internal and external trolley was described in this paper.
