摘要
文章以湖南农业大学工商管理一级学科的技术经济及管理专业开设技术创新管理课程为契机,从分析技术创新管理人才培养现状入手,然后,从涉农产业和企业对技术创新管理人才的需求,以及如何将农业院校的优势资源转化为对涉农产业技术创新管理人才培养的优势等方面,阐述了关于涉农产业技术创新管理人才培养的思考。
Because of Hunan Agricultural University will offer course of technology innovation management in technical economics and management majors of business management disciplines,so lead to some ponders about agro-industry technology innovation management talent cultivation.There were three main aspects：first analysis of the current situation of technological innovation management talent cultivation,then analysis of agricultural industry and the enterprise demand for technological innovation management talent,last analysis of how to turn the advantage of the agricultural colleges resources into advantage to talent cultivation in agro-industry technology innovation management aspects.
