摘要
有色金属企业要经常对员工进行技能培训,让员工学习更多的研发生产知识,是企业的一项重要工作。但很多企业在开展培训工作中存在不少问题。若将MOOC模式嵌入技能培训中,并灵活运用有色金属数据库资源,可使培训工作获得良好效果。
Non-ferrous metal enterprises should always carry out skills training for employees,so that employees learn more production knowledge is an important business.But there are many problems in the training work of many enterprises. If the MOOC mode is embedded in the skills training,and non-ferrous metal database resources is used flexibly,it can make the training work to obtain good results.
