摘要
为预防DWL-48捣稳车在作业过程中,出现捣固头砸坏钢轨、抄平小车掉道和起拨道误动作造成钢轨变形等严重作业事故的出现,文章分析了捣稳车卫星小车自动横移、捣固作业、起道和拨道作业的连锁关系及控制原理,并利用网络版捣稳车的数字化特性设计了作业保护功能,消除了捣稳车现场施工作业时存在的安全隐患,实现了DWL-48捣稳车作业保护功能并提高了现场施工安全。
In order to prevent the DWL-48 pound car smashed the head of tamping steady rail . leveling off road car and pulling the misoperation of rail deformation serious accidents happened during operation, this paper analyzed the stability of vehicle satellite automatic car tamping tamping, moving, lifting and locking relationship and control principle of lining operation the characteristics and the use of the network, the digital version of the design of the car working steady ramming protection function, eliminating hidden danger ramming steady vehicle site construction operation, to achieve the DWL-48 tamping vehicle stability and improve the function of protection of construction safety.
