摘要
国企改革近年来备受关注,绩效薪酬管理成为其改革的重要方向。文章在强调绩效薪酬改革对于国有企业长远发展和引进、保留优秀人才的重要作用的基础上,探讨了当前国企绩效薪酬在管理制度不科学、考评未有效实施、结构不合理等的问题。最后,针对以上问题,提出了强化绩效薪酬考评的监督、提高绩效薪酬管理公平性、建立宽带薪酬制度和绩效薪酬管理市场化等改进措施,以期有益于国企薪酬管理体系改革的实现。
In recent years, the reform of performance-based pay in state-owned enterprises has attracted more and more attention.The paper emphasized that the performance-based pay plays an important role in the long-term development of state-owned enterprises, and retaining excellent talents.Then it discussed the current salary problem in state-owned enterprises such as unscientific performance management system, ineffective implementation and unreasonable-evaluation structure, finally proposed the countermeasures, such as strengthening supervision, improving the fairness of performance salary, establishing broadband salary system and marketization management measures, which contributes to the reform of state-owned enterprises salary management system.
