摘要
随着互联网技术尤其是移动互联网的飞速发展,以及大数据、云计算等新兴技术的广泛应用,共享经济在交通、住宿、餐饮等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。包括滴滴、摩拜单车、Airbnb等在内的一大批共享经济组织对人们的生产、生活甚至思维方式产生了重要的影响。文章正是基于当前的共享经济背景,分析了人力资源管理诸多方面发生的重要变化,以及其给人力资源管理带来的机遇和挑战,并为共享经济背景下企业如何积极应对这些变化提供了一些参考。
With the Internet technology, especially the rapid development of mobile Internet, wide application of new technology such as big data and cloud computing, sharing economy is playing an increasingly important role in the transportation, accommodation, food and beverage etc.A large number of shared economic organization including drops taxi, Airbnb and v-mobile bicycle have an important influence on people's production and life and way of thinking.Based on the background of sharing economy, this paper analyzes the important changes in many aspects of human resource management and opportunities and challenges it brings human resources management and provides some reference about how to actively respond to these changes for enterprises.
