摘要
近年来,南通科教城公司根据集团公司的统一部署,大力开展统一的企业文化建设,以组织文化测量的相关理论为基础,遵循"不能描述的,就不能评价;不能评价的,就不能管理"的思想,以科学测量指导文化实践,将"五统一"企业文化基因转化为员工行为和能力,实现企业文化建设由概念向描述、执行、评价的管理型转化,有效发挥了其在提升经营绩效上的重要作用。同时,为保障企业文化的塑造和提升提出了几点建议,以期对企业可持续健康发展提供源源不断支撑。
In recent years,according to the unified arrangements of the group,Nantong Science and Education Industry Investment Co.Ltd carried out the construction of enterprise culture of unity,which based on the theories of organizational culture measurement,meantime, following the thinkingof "describe first,then evaluation and management" ,we practiced based on the scientific measurement of cultural.The enterprise culture of "five reunification" should be implemented as gene into employee's behavior to achieve the building of enterprise culture management from concept to description, implementation, this got the enterprise culture effectively play its important role in improving the performance of the company.At the same time, this paper put forward some suggestions for the optimization of enterprise culture, which in order to provide a continuous support for the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
