局部麻醉腹股沟疝无张力修补术在老年患者治疗探究

Study on Local Anesthesia Tension-free Repair of Inguinal Operation in Senile Patients

目的探究局部麻醉腹股沟疝无张力修补术在老年患者治疗。方法方便选择该院普外科2009年1月—2015年1月收治的132例老年腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,随机数表法将其分为传统组(66例)和局麻组(66例);考察两组腹股沟疝患者手术情况,治疗后的复发和并发症的发生情况。结果传统组和局麻组的手术时间分别为(49.26±9.35)min和(51.29±8.72)min,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);局麻组术后住院时间(3.56±1.21)d和术后复发率(3.03%)显著低于传统组(7.72±1.29)d和(9.09%)(P<0.05),术后尿潴留、阴囊水肿和阴囊出血等并发症及术后感染的发生率分别为7.58%、3.03%、0、0显著低于传统组16.67%、10.61%、7.58%、3.03%(P<0.05)。结论局部麻醉腹股沟疝无张力修补术能有效治疗老年腹股沟疝,患者术后疼痛小、住院时间短、并发症少和复发发生率低。适合各医院进一步研究和应用。

Objective To study the treatment of local anesthesia tension-free repair of inguinal operation in senile patients.Methods Convenient selection 132 cases of senile patients with inguinal hernia admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 66 cases in each, and the operation situation and occurrence of recurrence and complications after treatment of the two groups were examined. Results The differences in the operation time between the traditional group and the local anesthesia group were not statistically significant,[(49.26±9.35)min vs(51.29±8.72)min](P>0.05), and the postoperative length of stay and postoperative recurrence rate in the local anesthesia group was obviously lower than that in the traditional group [(3.56±1.21)d, 3.03% vs(7.72±1.29)d, 9.09%](P<0.05), and the incidence rate of postoperative uroschesis, edema of scrotum and scrotum bleeding and postoperative infection was obviously lower than that in the traditional group(7.58%,3.03%,0,0 vs 16.67%,10.61%,7.58%,3.03%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The local anesthesia tension-free repair of inguinal operation in senile patients with inguinal hernia with less pains after operation, short length of stay, few complications and low incidence rate of recurrence, which is suitable for various hospitals to conduct the further research and application.
