栾氏四位一体综合疗法治疗颈腰椎病的临床研究

Clinical Research of Luan's Four-in-One General Therapy in Treatment of Cervical and Lumbar Disorder

目的分析探讨采取栾氏四位一体综合疗法治疗颈腰椎病的临床效果以及相关表现。方法方便选取该院门诊及住院病例,自2002年2月—2009年10月采用综合疗法治疗颈椎病的135例患者为A组,另外选取采用推拿+膏药+胶囊治疗的颈椎病患者63例为B组,选取采取推拿+熏洗+胶囊治疗的颈椎病患者72例为C组。在采取不用疗法治疗后,观察三组患者颈椎病的治疗效果以及腰椎间盘的治疗效果。结果 A组治愈+显效占75.6%,优于B组的68.3%和C组的68.1%(P<0.05),总有效率为96.3%,优于B组的88.9%和C组的87.5%(P<0.05)。另外,A组患者的疼痛、压痛、功能受限缓解时间分别为(12.6±1.7)、(15.3±2.0)、(23.5±2.3)d,优于B组的(16.2±2.0)、(21.2±2.1)、(30.2±2.0)d,和C组的(18.3±2.2)、(22.7±2.3)、(32.5±2.2)d(P<0.05)。结论以中医药理论为指导,吸收现代医学治疗骨伤病的科学成果,采用传统和现代医学相结合的思路和治疗方法,长期临床观察表明,栾氏综合疗法,对颈椎病均具有独特的疗效,且未见明显毒副作用,是一种疗效显著、无创伤的综合治疗的有效方法。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect and related manifestation of Luan's four-in –one general therapy in treatment of cervical and lumbar disorder. Methods Convenient selection 135 cases of patients with cervical spondylopathy treated with general therapy in our hospital from February 2002 to October 2009 were selected as the group A, while 63 cases of patients with cervical spondylopathy treated with massage and plaster and capsule were selected as the group B, and 72 cases of patients with cervical spondylopathy treated with massage and fumigation and washin g with medicinal solution and capsule were selected as the group C, and the treatment effect of cervical spondylopathy and lumbar intervertebral discs were observed. Results The cure rate and markedly effective rate in the group A was better than that in the grou B and group C(75.6% vs 68.3%, 68.1%)(P<0.05), and the total effective rate was better than that in the group B and group C,(96.3% vs 88.9%, 87.5%)(P<0.05), besides, the relief time of pains, tenderness and function limitation in the group A was better than that in the group B and in the group C[(12.6±1.7),(12.6±1.7),(23.5±2.3)d vs(16.2±2.0),(21.2±2.1),(30.2±2.0)d and(18.3±2.2),(22.7±2.3),(32.5±2.2)d](P<0.05). Conclusion We should absorb the scientific results of modern medicine treatment for bone trauma of low extremity and adopt the thinking and treatment method of traditional medicine and modern medicine according to the traditional Chinese medicine theory and the long-term clinical observation shows that the Luan's four-in –one general therapy can produce a certain curative effect of cervical spondylopathy without obvious toxic and side effects, which is an effective method with obvious curative effect and without trauma.
