麝香保心丸与曲美他嗪联合应用于缺血性心肌病心力衰竭老年患者中的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Heart Pill of Musk and Trimetazidine in Senile patients with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Heart Failure

目的探讨麝香保心丸与曲美他嗪联合应用于缺血性心肌病心力衰竭老年患者中的疗效。方法方便选择2015年6月—2016年6月该院收治的缺血性心肌病心力衰竭老年患者88例,以随机数字表将其分为对照组与研究组,各44例。两组均采取常规对症治疗措施,在此基础上对照组应用曲美他嗪片治疗,研究组应用麝香保心丸与曲美他嗪联合治疗。观察对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能指标的变化(LVESD、6MWD、LVEF)及药物不良反应。结果两组临床疗效对比中,研究组93.18%显著高于对照组77.27%(P<0.05)。经相应治疗后,研究组LVESD(50.32±8.52)mm低于对照组(59.54±8.32)mm(P<0.05),6MWD(54.23±8.52)m、LVEF(303.21±60.52)%高于对照组(42.65±5.65)m、(227.52±50.52)%(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论麝香保心丸与曲美他嗪联合应用于缺血性心肌病心力衰竭老年患者中具有显著的疗效,可以有效强化心功能状态,安全可靠,适于临床推广。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of heart pill of musk and trimetazidine in senile patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure. Methods 83 cases of senile patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, both groups adopted the routine symptomatic treatment measures, and the control group were treated with trimetazidine tablets on the basis of the control group, while the research group were treated with heart pill of musk and trimetazidine, and the clinical ccurative effect of the two groups was observed and the changes of LVESD, 6MWD and LVEF and drug adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical curative effect in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(93.18% vs 77.27%)(P <0.05), after the corresponding treatment, the LVESD in the research group was lower than that in the control group[(50.32±8.52)mm vs(59.54 ±8.32)m m](P <0.05), the 6MWD and LVEF were higher than those in the control group [(54.23 ±8.52)m,(303.21 ±60.52)% vs(42.65 ±5.65)m,(227.52 ±50.52)% ](P <0.05), and there were no obvious drug adverse reactions during the treatment period. Conclusion The curative effect of heart pill of musk and trimetazidine in senile patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure is obvious, which can effectively intensify the cardiac function state, and it is safe and reliable,and it is suitable for the clinical promotion.
