5%松馏油软膏联合矿泉、胶原贴敷料治疗面部银屑病疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of 5% Pine Tar and Mineral and Collagen Paste Dressing in Treatment of Facial Psoriasis

目的观察5%松馏油软膏联合矿泉、胶原贴敷料治疗面部银屑病的有效性和安全性。方法方便选取2011年8月—2013年9月该院住院的66例患者,随机分为两组,治疗组33例,对照组33例。治疗组外用5%松馏油软膏;对照组外用0.03%他克莫司软膏;两组疗程均为4周,分别于治疗前,治疗后根据PASI评分标准进行病情评分。结果治疗后治疗组PASI评分(0.68±0.01)下降指数明显优于对照组PASI评分(1.02±0.23)下降指数(P<0.05)。且治疗组有效率(93.94%)也明显优于对照组有效率(72.73%),两组有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5%松馏油软膏联合矿泉、胶原贴敷料治疗面部银屑病疗效好,安全性高。

Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of 5% pine tar and mineral and collagen paste dressing in treatment of facial psoriasis. Methods Conclusion selection 66 cases of inpatients in our hospital from August 2011 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each, the treatment group adopted the5% pine tar for external use, while the control group adopted the 0.03% tacrolimus ointment for external use, and the treatment course was 4 weeks, and the disease condition was scored before and after treatment according to the PASI criteria standards. Results After treatment, the PASI score decrease index in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group[(0.68±0.01) vs(1.02±0.23)](P<0.05), and the treatment effective rate was obviously better than that in the control group(93.94% vs 72.73%), and the difference in the effective rate between the two groups was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of 5% pine tar and mineral and collagen paste dressing in treatment of facial psoriasis is good, and the safety is high.
