大柴胡汤加减治疗胆囊炎、胆石症临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Dachaihu Decoction Modified in Treatment of Cholecystitis and Cholelithiasis

目的探究大柴胡汤加减治疗胆囊炎、胆石症临床效果。方法从2016年7—12月来该院检查患者中,随机选取70例患有胆囊炎、胆石症的患者,按比例分为两组,改良组与常规组,每组45例,常规组采用西医疗法治疗,改良组加用大柴胡汤加减治疗,观察对比两组治疗有效率和满意度。结果两组在通过不同的疗法对胆囊炎、胆石症治疗后,采用西医治疗常规组总效率达到57.1%,采用大柴胡汤治疗改良组总效率达到97.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),常规组满意度为97.1%,改良组满意度62.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过大柴胡汤加减治疗对胆囊炎、胆石症的临床治疗与观察,能够有效的改善患者胆囊炎、胆石症的症状,与以往西医治疗相比,大柴胡汤加减法,安全性更高,降低了患者并发症,并无因药物导致的不良反应出现。

Objective To study the clinical effect of dachaihu decoction modified in treatment of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. Methods 70 cases of patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis admitted and treated from July 2016 to December 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the modified group adopted the dachaihu decoction modified, while the routine group adopted the western medicine therapy, and the treatment effective rate and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the differences in the total effective rate and satisfactory degree between the modified group and the routine group were statistically significant(97.1%, 62.8% vs57.1%, 97.1%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment and observation of dachaihu decoction modified for cholecystitis and cholelithiasis can effectively improve the symptoms of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis with higher safety, which can reduce the complications but there are no adverse reactions.
