工商管理案例开发现状及撰写规范性研究

Research on Status Quo and Writing Standardization of Business Administration Case

本文以第一至第七届入选"全国百篇优秀管理案例"的664篇工商管理案例为研究样本,探讨我国工商管理案例的开发现状,应用共词网络分析方法识别工商管理领域教学案例的撰写热点,并选取4篇具有代表性的获奖案例对工商管理案例撰写规范性进行说明。研究发现:(1)当前工商管理案例主要关注大型企业和民营企业,行业集中于制造业和服务业,分布于战略管理、组织管理和市场营销等10个学科领域,其中战略管理最为热门;(2)在撰写规范性方面,案例正文和使用说明的匹配性是当前工商管理案例开发的重点和难点,主要体现在案例选题与教学目标、案例决策点与思考讨论题、案例材料与分析思路的匹配度三个方面。

This paper selects 664 business administration cases of ^Hundred Excellent Manage-ment Cases in China？？ from the first to the seventh contest as the research samples. We explore the status quo of business administration case writing. We identify hot spots of business adminis-tration case writing by using co-word network analysis, and select four award cases to analyze the standardization of business administration cases. The results show th a t：①currently, business ad-ministration cases mainly focus on large enterprises and private enterprises. Manufacturing and service industry are key industries under analysis. Strategic management, organizational manage-ment and marketing and so on are 10 popular subjects, among which strategic management is the most popular;②As for the standardization of writing,the matching between case text and de-scription is the important and difficult point in the development of business administration cases. The matching mainly includes the matching between case selection and teaching purpose, deci-sion-making points and questions for discussion, and case materials and way of thinking.
