柴油/LPG双燃料发动机排放烟度的试验研究

摘要 为了研究不同工况条件对柴油/LPG双燃料发动机排放烟度的影响,在改装的ZH1115型柴油/LPG双燃料发动机试验台上进行二次回归正交组合试验,分析喷油提前角、喷油压力、柴油/LPG掺烧比三个因素及因素交互作用对排放烟度的影响。试验结果表明:试验因素对烟度影响为复杂的非线性函数关系,因素之间交互作用对烟度影响显著,当喷油提前角为27.2°、喷油压力为19 MPa、柴油/LPG掺烧比为1.94∶0.60时获得最低烟度。 The quadratic regression orthogonal composite experiments were performed on a modified ZH1115 type diesel/LPG dual fuel engine to study the influence of different operating conditions on the smoke emissions. The effect of advanced injection angle, injection pressure and mixed burning ratio of diesel/LPG, as well as their interaction on smoke emissions was analyzed on their influences on the smoke. The experimental results show that the effect of experimental factors on smoke emissions is a complex nonlinear function, and the interaction between these test factors has a significant effect on smoke emissions. The lowest smoke emissions could be achieved when the advanced injection angle, the injection pressure and diesel/LPG mixed burning ratio are taken as 2 7. 2°, 19 MPa and 1.94 : 0.60 respectively.
