王不留行和黄芪提取物对哺乳母猪生长性能和血液生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究王不留行和黄芪提取物对泌乳母猪生产性能和血液生化指标的影响,本试验选用初产大白母猪27头,随机分为9个处理,每个处理3个重复。采用2因素3水平试验设计,在基础日粮中分别添加不同剂量的王不留行提取物和黄芪提取物构成试验日粮,王不留行提取物和黄芪提取物分别设0、2.5、3 g/kg三个添加水平。预饲期为预产期前7 d,试验期为母猪分娩到断奶后10 d,共计38 d。结果表明:(1)日粮中添加3.0 g/kg王不留行提取物组尿素氮含量较对照组降低13.0%(P<0.05);(2)日粮中添加2.5 g/kg黄芪提取物组平均日增重、窝重、总蛋白较对照组分别提高8.5%、2.3%、7.4%,血糖和尿素氮含量较对照组分别降低5.6%和22.6%(P<0.05);(3)日粮中王不留行和黄芪提取物以3.0和3.0 g/kg组合时,尿素氮含量较对照组降低36.3%(P<0.05)。 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of the Semen Vaccariae (VAC) and Astragalus (AST) extraction on production performance and serum biochemical indexes of lactating sows.A total of 27 Yorkshire sows were randomly allotted into 9 treatments with 3 replicates pertreatment.Two factors and three levels experimental design was used,the experimental diets were supplemented with the extraction of Semen Vaccariae and Astragalus at different doses in the basal diet, the extraction of Semen Vaccariae was set at three supplemental levels of 0,2.5 and 3 g/ kg, and the extraction of Astragalus was set at three supplemental levels of 0,2.5 and 3 g/ kg, respectively.The trial was from 7 days of antenatal to 10 days after weaning, a total of 38 days.The results showed as follows ( 1)Compared with the control group, the urea nitro-gen content(BUN) of 3.0 g/kg VAC group was significantly decreased by 13.0%(P 〈 0.05).(2)The average daily gain(ADG), litter weight and total protein(TP) of 2.5 g/kg AST group were significantly increased by 8 . 5 %,2 . 3 % and 7.4%, the blood sugar content (GLU) and BUN of 2.5 g/kg AST group were significantly decreased by 5 . 6 % and 22.6%.(3)When the combination of Semen Vaccariae and Astragalus extract were 3.0 and 3.0 g/ kg, the BUN was significantly decreased by 36.3%(P 〈 0.05).
