N-氨甲酰谷氨酸对三黄鸡养分代谢率、屠宰性能和血清免疫球蛋白含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸对三黄鸡养分代谢率、屠宰性能和血清免疫球蛋白含量的影响。选取21日龄体重相近的三黄鸡180只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1,2,3组分别饲喂N-氨甲酰谷氨酸添加量为0.4%、0.5%、0.6%的试验饲粮。试验期28 d。试验结果表明:(1)N-氨甲酰谷氨酸可以提高粗蛋白质、钙、磷代谢率,其中,添加0.4%、0.5%N-氨甲酰谷氨酸组粗蛋白质代谢率比对照组分别提高6.95%、7.04%(P<0.05);添加0.4%、0.5%N-氨甲酰谷氨酸组磷代谢率比对照组分别提高5.38%、2.80%(P<0.05)。(2)添加0.4%N-氨甲酰谷氨酸可以显著提高全净膛重、胸肌率、腿肌率、肝脏和肾脏重量(P<0.05)。添加0.4%、0.5%组屠宰重比对照组分别提高9.57%、8.82%(P<0.05)。添加0.4%N-氨甲酰谷氨酸组胸肌率、腿肌率、肝脏重量比对照组分别提高13.46%、6.08%、9.81%(P<0.05)。(3)添加0.4%、0.6%N-氨甲酰谷氨酸组免疫球蛋白A含量比对照组分别提高17.65%、5.88%(P>0.05)。添加0.4%、0.5%N-氨甲酰谷氨酸组免疫球蛋白G含量分别比对照组提高33.96%、28.30%(P<0.05)。添加0.4%、0.6%N-氨甲酰谷氨酸组免疫球蛋白M含量比对照组分别提高25%、12.5%(P>0.05)。综合上述各项指标可知,N-氨甲酰谷氨酸添加的比例在0.4%时能很好的改善三黄鸡养分代谢率和屠宰性能,增加血清中免疫球蛋白的含量。 This experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of dietary N-carbamylglutamate(NCG)on nutri-ent metabolic rate,slaughter performance and serum immunoglobulin content of three yellow chicken.A total of 180 21- days-old three yellow chicken with similar weight were randomly assigned into 4 groups with 3 replications of 15 each.The control group was fed with basal diet,groups 1 to 3 were fed with basal diets supplemented with 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6% NCG, respectively.The trial lasted for 28 days.The results showed that: (1)The supplementation of NCG increased crude protein, Ca,P metabolic rate.Compared with the control group,the crude protein metabolic rate were increased by 6.95%, 7.04%, respectively in the supplementation of 0.4%, 0.5% NCG groups (P 〈 0.05).P metabolic rate were increased by 5.38%, 2.80% respectively in 0.4%, 0.5% NCG groups(P 〈 0.05).(2)The eviscerated weight, breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate, liver and kidney weight were significantly increased in 0.4% NCG group (P 〈 0.05).The slaughter weight were increased by 9.57%, 8.82%,respectively in 0.4%, 0.5% NCG groups (P 〈 0.05).The breast musde rate, leg muscle rate and liver weight were increased by 13.46%, 6.08%, 9.81%, respectively in 0.4% NCG group (P 〈 0.05).(3)The immune globulin A content was increased by 17.65%, 5.88%, respectively in 0.4% and 0.6% NCG groups(P 〉 0.05).The immune globulin G content was increased by 33.96%, 28.30%, respectively in 0.4% and 0.5% NCG groups (P 〈 0.05).The immune globulin M content was increased by 25%, 12.5%, respectively 0.4%, 0.6% NCG groups.A combination of all index, it could pro-mote the nutrient metabolic rate,slaughter performance and serum immunoglobulin content of three yellow chicken and in-crease the contents of serum part amino acid by supplementation of 0.4% NCG.
