高职生职业素养培养实践研究——以宁波职业技术学院为例

Research on the Cultivation of Vocational College Students' Professional Accomplishment——Taking Ningbo Polytechnic as an Example

随着经济与科技的发展,用人单位对高技能人才的要求也越来越高,职业素养成为求职的重要影响因素。本文以宁波职业技术学院为例,从职业意识、职业道德、职业行为、职业技能四个角度分析了该校在培养学生综合素养方面的成功经验,以期对高职院校学生综合素质培养有所借鉴作用。

With economy and technology being developing,the employers＇ requirements for the talents with high skill are increasingly high. Professional accomplishment has become an importantfactorforthejob-hunting.Taking Ningbo Polytechnic as an example,this paper analyzes the successful experience of cultivating students＇ professional accomplishment from four aspects of professional consciousness,professional ethics,professional behavior and profes-sional skills with the aim to improve the quality of personnel training towards higher vocational college students.
