偏头痛与房间隔缺损关系的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 偏头痛是常见的一种神经系统疾病,发作时疼痛剧烈,呈慢性反复发作,对患者的日常工作和生活质量造成很大的影响。目前临床上针对偏头痛治疗对部分患者仍无效,这可能是因为对偏头痛发病机制的尚未十分明确。近年来研究发现房间隔缺损（atrial septal defect,ASD）与偏头痛密切相关,临床上发现有ASD患者出现不明原因的偏头痛,且部分偏头痛ASD患者接受封堵术治疗后头痛症状加重、
