摘要对于著名美国华裔作家汤亭亭的作品是否包含东方主义倾向,评论界一直没有定论,但不可否认的是她的《女勇士》对美国的"东方主义"进行了颠覆和超越。《女勇士》这部作品为什么可以做到这一点?本文对此进行详细的分析与探讨。 Critics have not drawn an accurate conclusion whether the novels of famous Chinese American writer Tang Tingting include ori- entalism, but there is no denying that The Woman Warrior is the subversion and surpass of American orientalism. Then why can The Woman Warrior achieve this？ This essay is to explore and analyze this novel.
