摘要
某南海深水油气田项目中,为抑制以及预防水合物的生成,需储存2,000,m3的贫MEG溶液以满足上部平台对天然气的工艺处理需求。为节省平台空间,利用下部导管架桩腿作为贫MEG溶液的储存容器,需要从导管架桩腿内向位于EL+19,m的贫MEG日用罐输送贫MEG溶液。对使用氮气加压以及泵提升这两种从导管架腿内提升贫MEG的方案进行分析研究,推荐采用泵提升方案。结合工程应用实际,对泵型式的选择进行理论分析,推荐采用电潜泵,同时介绍了具体的泵安装方案。
In a South China Sea deep water project,in order to inhibit and prevent the formation of hydrate,2,000,m3 lean MEG is needed and stored in the platform. Jacket legs were used as MEG solution storage container and the poor MEG solu-tion was needed to be lifted from the jacket legs to the poor MEG daily tank which is located at EL+19 m. In this paper,two kinds of schemes including nitrogen pressurization and pump lifting were analyzed and the latter was recommendedby the author. Moreover,this paper introduces the pump type selection and the installation of pump.
