摘要
以蒙内铁路为例,结合项目出现的T梁混凝土蜂窝麻面现象,分析了其形成的原因,从优化配合比、保证模板拼装质量、改善生产工艺三方面,提出了解决混凝土结构物蜂窝麻面的方法,以确保工程质量。
Taking Meng-Nei railway as an example, combining with the project T-beam concrete voids and pits phenomenon, the paper analyzes its forming. Starting from aspects of optimizing mixing proportion, guaranteeing template assembling quality and improving producing technology, it puts forward concrete structure voids and pits solving methods, with a view to guarantee engineering quality.
