摘要
介绍了永钢集团经洒水降温处理后转炉钢渣的工艺矿物学特性,利用XRF,XRD,SEM微观测试技术,研究了钢渣的成分组成、含量及颗粒形状。归纳总结了钢渣的内外循环综合利用技术,并针对存在的问题提出了未来钢渣处理的研究重点。
Introduce the corporationJ s process mineralogy of steel making slag which is treated by watering for temperature reduction. By means of using microcosmic testing techniques, such as XRF, XRD and SEM, the composition, content and particle shape of the slag were researched. The circulation and reutilization of the slag and the comprehensive utilization of external loop current situation were also summarize. Meanwhile, the researches focused on slag treatment in the future were proposed in the end.
