摘要
立足我国建筑经济发展现状,从思想意识、信息平台、管理模式、造价控制体系等方面,分析了工程造价管理中存在的问题,并基于新型经济发展形式,对建设工程造价管理方式提出了几点建议,有利于提高企业的经济效益。
Based on the development current situation of our construction economic, from the ideology, information platform, management mode, cost control system and other aspects, analyzed the existing problems in engineering cost management, and based on the new economic develop-ment form, proposed several suggestions to construction engineering cost management ways, to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
