通过分析我国体育产业的背景,探讨了PPP模式在大型体育公共设施建设运营中应用的可行性,并以南京青奥中心为例,从产权设计、风险收益管理、合同管理等方面,探讨了PPP模式在建设运营过程中的合作机制,提出了几点我国PPP模式的发展建议。

Based on the analysis of the background of China＇s sports industry, this paper discusses the feasibility of the application of PPP model in the construction and operation of large-scale sports facilities. This paper analyzes the cooperation mechanism in the process of construction and operation, including the design of property rights, the management of risk and benefit, the contract management, etc. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the development of PPP mode in our country in the future.
