摘要
通过对易切削钢X1215生产工艺过程中各环节夹杂物形态的检测,分析影响夹杂物形态的因素,将钢中夹杂物形态控制为有利于提高切削性能的纺锤状,提高了易切削钢X1215的切削性能。
Inclusions in steel are controlled to spindle-shaped which helps to improve the cutting performance by detecting various aspects of inclusions form in the production process of free cutting steel X1215 and analyzing the factors that affect the form of inclusions.
