摘要
耐压电子舱作为水下机器人电子元器件的重要载体,其结构设计、强度分析、密封及防腐技术是水下机器人开发设计非常关键的技术之一。本文从电子舱结构设计、材料选择、水密设计和防腐设计这几个角度介绍了水下机器人耐压电子舱的设计和制作,并成功应用于水下机器人潜水作业。
As the electronic components carrier for Remote Operated Vehicle ( ROV), the structural design, strength analysis, sealing and aseptic technic of the pressured electronic cabin is the key technology for the exploitation and design of ROV. In this paper, the design and fabrication of pressured electronic cabin has been introduced from the perspective of structure design, material selection, watertight design and anti-corrosion design, and the pressured electronic cabin has been applied successfully in the diving operation of ROV.
