改良冰袋在急诊高热患者的临床应用

Clinical Application of Modified Ice Pack in Emergency Fever Patients

目的研究在临床急诊护理中,与普通冷水冰袋比较,采用改良冰袋(内含高分子聚合物吸水树脂)用于高热患者的物理降温作用。方法共150例就诊于贵州省人民医院急诊内科高热患者,随机分配至普通冷水冰袋或改良冰袋降温。两组均在冰敷后30、60、90、120 min测量口腔温度,观察记录患者体温下降情况。两组患者就降温幅度、速度及持续时间做统计学比较。结果改良冰袋组降温效果优于普通冰袋组,采用改良冰袋比普通冰袋体温下降用时缩短,而且改良冰袋保持低温时间长,减少更换频率。结论改良冰袋降温幅度、更换频率及持续时间均优于普通冷水冰袋,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To research the physical cooling effect of modified ice pack（including the high polymer water absorb-ing resin）compared with the common cold water ice pack in the clinical emergency nursing. Methods 150 cases of high- fever patients diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, one group lowered the temperature by the common cold water ice pack or modified ice pack, and the oral temperature was measured at 30,60, 90,120 min after ice therapy, the body temperature decrease situation of patients was observed and recorded and the cooling range, speed and duration were statistically compared between the two groups. Results The cooling effect in the modified ice pack group was better than that of common ice pack group, and the cooling time in the modified ice pack group was shorter than that in the common ice pack group, but the modified ice pack group can keep cool longer, and can reduce the replacement. Conclu -sion The cooling range, replacement and duration in the modified ice pack group is better than that of common cold water ice pack, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
